A one day course designed to ensure that those whose work takes them away from the office/workplace; or who have to work alone in other circumstances, are aware of the risks and are able to determine control measures to reduce their likelihood of becoming another victim. This one day course deals with violence in the workplace, de-escalation and breakaway techniques and has practical input, so wear suitable clothing.

£120 (plus VAT) per delegate - Company rates available
